Often people wonder how counselling or talking to someone can help. I have been working in the field of counselling and therapy with women and men, over a wide range of ages and from all walks of life, also children (age 4 – 17) with a variety of issues. My training is within Psychodynamic Counselling and Therapy. I have worked within a variety of settings, including the NHS, Schools, Womens centres and Diverse communities.
I believe that everyone has the potential to change and is able to repair and/or rebuild their lives. I feel the most important aspect of this work is to have a good enough relationship with your counsellor so that you are able to talk about anything that concerns you. I see people for short term or open-ended in Littlehampton, Worthing and Steyning.
