For me and my practice, it is really important to understand and acknowledge the complexity of every individuals experience. I endeavour to do this by holding an open mind and creating a safe boundaried space in which we can both get to know you better. I encorporate a range of theories and skills in order to best facilitate your individual process and needs. Within my practice I work with a range of issues such as anxiety & depression, sexual abuse, trauma, sexuality exploration, gender, anger, loss, illness and body image. I am currently working online.
My work often highlights the complexity of human relationships and demonstrates how powerful a safe therapeutic space can be in enabling exploration into new ways to relate to yourself and others. I truly believe that you are the expert of your own life and hold the key to unlocking your own story. I see my role as a facilitor of that journey.
