With Emotional Therapeutic Counselling I can help you recognise and release painful feelings. We can use many different tools from chatting to creative journalling, mind mapping, guided meditations - many different tools to suit whatever feels comfortable and safe to you. Therapy goes at your pace and lasts as long as you need it.
