I have a BA Hons Degree in Counselling. I am a member of the BACP, the British Association for Counselling And Psychotherapy, and I work within their ethical code of practice. I have training and experience in Person Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Counselling, Mindfulness, Inner Child Therapy and Creative work.
