As a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, I believe in evidence-based psychological therapy. My approach to the treatment is holistic, integrating eastern and western approaches of mind. My sessions involve an in-depth assessment of the causative factors of your emotional problems to offer you a solution-oriented approach. Treatment may include Cognitive behavioural therapy, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, hypnotherapy & NLP, Time Line Therapy for trauma release, and Mind-Body Connective Therapy.
I address the psychological/mental health problem holistically. I will assist you in understanding your unconscious / subconscious mind, and its impact on your mental health. Understanding your negative/ intrusive thought patterns and tools to work with your mind will put you in recovery mode in a shorter period.
