Do you feel that you are at a stage in your life where you want to make some changes? Perhaps you feel overwhelmed and feel you could benefit from having confidential, independent and neutral support to work through particular issues in your life? By working along side you, I can help you to try to work through the issues that are troubling you. The counselling relationship is one where I will listen to you without judging you. I will try to understand things from your point of view and I will provide a safe space where you will be heard. Our relationship will aim to provide clarity around the issues that concern you.
As a trained professional practitioner, I will help you to explore past and present and help you build on your strengths and to discover new ways of being. However, I always strive to be in tune with the individual, therefore, if you do not want to work at a deeper level, this will not be something that will be forced on you, but will be jointly negotiated.
I appreciate that it is a huge step to to put faith in someone, who you do not know, to help with what is troubling you. I endeavour to keep the channels of communication open and remain sensitive to your concerns. I aim to provide a partnership where you are not alone on your journey to get the best life for yourself, which you deserve.
