Working mainly with a Relational Transactional Analysis approach, I offer you the opportunity to explore past or present difficulties based around; trauma, abuse, work-related problems, relationships, loss, grief, bereavement or anything else that might be troubling you. You can then be free to make desired changes in your life

You therefore, make the choices from the start and this session will also offer you the chance to find out more about how I work and if this fits with the investment you choose to make in therapy either long or short term.
