As an integrative practitioner. I work from a person centred base, although additional training allows for me to draw on different tools and models depending on your needs. This allows for clients to reflect on what is happening to them and by making their own choices, consider alternative ways of doing things. I use psychological theory and research in therapeutic work to help clients with a variety of problems. These problems can include difficult life issues and mental health conditions. I have worked with clients across all ages, from 7yrs upward and beyond retirement, offering a service which is welcoming to all backgrounds.

I offer an integrative approach in a style that is both friendly and in-depth, designed to select what is best suited to clients and their issues, using diverse strategies without being hindered by theoretical differences. I am able to assist people to explore feelings and emotions that are experiential.
