I am a Psychologist with 18 years of clinical experience, practising in London and Colchester. I work integratively, bringing together the strengths of the Psychoanalytic, Existential, Dialectical - Behavioural,Cognitive-Behavioural approaches and EMDR. This gives me the flexibility to offer a bespoke therapy to each individual I would be working with. Over the years I have worked for a number of NHS Mental Health Services including adult, child and adolescent , and learning disability service. The areas in which I specialise include, among others, anxiety, stress, depression, trauma , bereavement, bi-polar disorder and psychosis.
If you have been unhappy and/or you faced meaninglessness and isolation, often trigged by significant life transitions - then having a safe space to speak freely can help you to unravel your patterns of behaviours, relationships, thoughts, desires, dreams and family history that contributed to where you are now in the World.
I will be paying special attention to the particularity of the individual I would be working with and I am passionate about helping people to discover their strengths and resources, which can help them to develop unique solutions to their current difficulties. Appointments are available during the weekend and on some evenings during the rest of the week.
