I offer high intensity cognitive behaviour therapy and take a very holistic approach to health and wellbeing. This service goes beyond symptom relief—together we’ll work through unhelpful patterns, using evidence based practices to help you restore energy, and build emotional resilience so you can thrive.
We work together from my yoga studio in the heart of the North Shields Fish Quay. The space is unlike most therapeutic spaces; joyful and fully equipped it is there to support your wellbeing in a way that feels less formal. I know it can be daunting to reach out, but our less clinical approach is designed to put you at ease.
