I provide a safe space for you to feel comfortable to open up and explore what is going on for you, in a non judgmental environment that is completely your own. I always do what I feel is best for the client(s). I am an Integrative therapist who works with different approaches to support each client. I believe that each person will find at least one approach that will work best for them. Life has its challenges whether they be expected/unexpected, with therapy we can work through them together. I have worked within the NHS (mental health sector) for many years, working with charities as well as having my own private practice
I am skilled in traditional types of therapies but I am more spiritually inclined. I can work holistically to provide a spiritually informed integrative therapeutic healing space- doing shadow work, helping you through the dark night of the soul and the inner child work. I support clients to achieve their goals so that they can live the life they intended.
We will work together to find the best possible way for you to get what you need out of therapy. Going to therapy may be a challenge in itself for some, there is the option to work outside of the counselling room. This will suit those who prefer to be in nature for grounding work and for those who prefer not to be in enclosed spaces whilst having therapy.
