If you have found yourself here, then I warmly welcome you. I’m sorry that you are you are going through a difficult time at the moment. Perhaps something unexpected has happened in your life, or something from your past is stopping you from moving forward. Perhaps you are somebody with the traits of ADHD or Autism, which is making daily life hard to navigate. Maybe you just feel stuck. I am able to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for us to explore your life together.
If it's your child who is struggling, I have experience providing support for children from the age of 9 and can use suitable creative or playful interventions.
I am a person-centred / integrative Counsellor, which means that I draw upon elements from different modalities of counselling to match your unique needs. I can give you the care and empathy you need to make sense of what is going on for you.
I have specialist training in supporting children and young people and will support them in an age appropriate way.
