With extensive experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, I have developed an interest and expertise in working with children and young people, especially teenagers and neurodiverse clients. I understand the unique challenges they face and am dedicated to supporting them through their journey.
As a holistic, person-centred counsellor, I take an integrative and creative approach to meet my clients’ needs. My training spans various modalities, including CBT, solution-focused therapy and compassion-focused therapy and sand tray therapy.
I offer personal counselling to individuals of all ages and presentations and am committed to helping individuals navigate their personal challenges and achieve their goals.
