Together we can build a sense of safety and understanding through which you may gain feeling supported and motivated.
I offer a clear, step by step journey so you can find your feet, hear your voice and feel your heart. I want to meet and support you in your uniqueness and suffering to discover and build new relationships to your self, to others and to the world you live in.
I have many years of experience as a mentor and therapist supporting people creatively with their needs. I believe in treating others with respect and honouring differences whilst offering support to connect to your own strength, direction and safety. I value mindfulness and spiritual practices with warmth and humour.
