I specialise in relationships, life stages/transitions, fertility, and neurodiversity (esp ADHD). I have a particular interest in working with people creating their lives outside their comfort zone, or away from social norms; many are facing new challenges - from realising they are neurodivergent, to surviving a fertility journey or experimenting with polyamory. (Please note I am currently only seeing adult individuals, not couples/families)
I draw on a wide range of approaches: systemic, solution-focused, person centred and coaching oriented ideas and techniques. I am committed to working inclusively and have GSRD (Gender Sexuality and Relationship Diversity) and LGBTQI+ training/experience. I am late-diagnosed ADHD myself so have a personal drive to support others figuring this out!
I am an interactive, friendly and personal therapist who hopes to build a warm, supportive relationship with you. I do not have all the answers, rather I help you find your own answers and strategies and aim to find new ways of looking at situations so together we can come up with options and support you in the best way for you.
