I am a qualified therapist, drawing from approaches such as - Systemic, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Forensic Psychology. I have a Master Practitioner Advanced Diploma through the National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED) who are accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS).
