These are often the experiences of my neurodivergent clients who want to find ways to be well, strong and value their unique temperament and strengths and get the support they need to fulfil their potential.
I offer psychological therapy adjusted for autistic/ ADHD/ AuDHD adults. I also offer consultation to supporters/ partners who may want to better understand the neurodivergent needs in their loved-one. If you are a therapist/ psychologist who would like specialist supervision for a neurodivergent adult you are working with, do get in touch.
It can be daunting to meet someone new and talk about your difficulties. You can attend with a supporter if that feels easier the first time. Know that I am friendly and will adjust the pace of our conversation to what feels manageable to you. You can bring written notes if that feels easier than talking or thinking on the spot.
