About
I am a fully qualified, trusted and caring Psychotherapist and Counsellor who cares passionately about helping people deal with a variety of issues. I have spent over 25 years counselling clients through the challenges presented by problems such as high anxiety and low self esteem. The most important part of my work is helping people to find and address the root causes of these issues, which my warm and authentic approach lends itself to naturally. I am committed to confidentiality and place the safeguarding and wellbeing of my clients above all else.
I take an integrative approach to my work, using a combination of psychotherapy, counselling and CBT to give my clients the best possible outcome. I welcome the opportunity to help people deal with the negative thought patterns that influence poor decision making, as well as helping them with anxiety, depression and any difficult relationships they may have.
For some people, talking with their friends and family doesn’t go far enough. It is a positive step in the right direction, but may only scratch the surface when it comes to fully meeting their needs. This is where I come in, with a balanced combination of counselling, psychotherapy and CBT. I offer both face-to-face sessions and online therapy via Zoom.
