My aim is to work alongside you, in a non-judgemental way, enabling you to explore safely, at your own pace, whatever issue or problem you choose to bring.
I specialise in working with people looking for support during life - stages, such as: the transition from adolescence to adulthood, mid-life crisis, post-natal depression, relationship breakdown, career change, empty-nest syndrome or caring for elders...
In addition, I am able to offer open-ended therapy for trainee counsellors at a reduced rate.
