I am a PTUK certified Play and Creative Arts Therapist based in North Bedfordshire.
In individual play therapy sessions, I create a safe space for children aged 4-13 to explore and process their emotions using a range of modalities including sand, drawing, clay, art, role-play and music.
My sessions are creative, child-led, and tailored to meet individual needs.
In my work, I have supported children to process complex emotions. I take a largely child-led, non-directive approach, while integrating creative and sensory tools to support emotional regulation and expression to help children and young people find their voice and build resilience.
I am a mobile Play Therapist, bringing resources directly to children in their school setting.
