I am an Oxford University trained psychotherapeutic counsellor. I offer a safe space for you to explore your difficulties in depth and work towards lasting change. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem or family issues, feel stuck or have something you want to make sense of. Perhaps you've tried counselling before and now want to explore your issues more deeply. I will listen and work collaboratively with you to help you reach a better understanding of yourself and what may be getting in the way of you making changes - so that you can live a fuller life on your own terms.
My priority is to listen and build a trusting relationship with you where you can openly express your thoughts and feelings. Together we'll think about how past and present may be impacting on your life, so that you can begin to free yourself from your anxieties and old patterns of relating, build your self-confidence and have more fulfilling relationships.
I work with people facing a wide variety of difficulties and adapt my approach to suit your individual needs. I offer a compassionate, confidential space to talk at my practice based in comfortable rooms in South and South West Birmingham, or online if preferred.
