Are you experiencing relationship problems, inner conflicts or life stresses? I am especially interested in helping clients who have experienced troubled, sometimes abusive, childhoods and early loss of significant attachment figures. Often later life experience brings back earlier trauma and distress.
I am an experienced Humanistic Counsellor with a further 4yrs training as a Dynamic Psychotherapist. I am registered with UKCP as psychotherapist and supervisor. I have worked in varied settings, including NHS psychotherapy. In private practice I see clients from all backgrounds, lifestyles and interests (aged 17 - 85). I also work with couples.
I too share the human dilemma of insecurities. My life experience and training helps build a trusting relationship with you. Psychodynamic short and longer term work has proven to be effective.
