Welcome. There can be times in our lives when we feel low, sad, anxious or have feelings of being unable to cope. Maybe you are struggling with a relationship, work of family related issues or have feelings of low self-esteem. Making the first step in to therapy can sometimes feel daunting but you have done this by coming to this website. Our sessions are confidential,professional,calm and can be tailored to meet your needs. We can explore how you are feeling which may allow you to reflect on making a change to your life which can improve the way we feel about ourself and others.
I have over 14 years experience of counselling and supporting individuals, couples and young people with many issues. I qualified as a couples and young persons counsellor and then went on to my BA (with Hons)degree in counselling all individuals . I work ethically, empathetically and am non-judgemental. I have worked in many settings supporting individuals
I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to talk about how we can work and see whether we can work together. We can agree a suitable 50 minute time slot each week. In our sessions we will work through your difficulties at your pace. I will work with you to explore your feelings, thoughts and we can explore how they may be impacting your life.
