Sometimes you just need to find space to clear your head and find your own solution, with someone listening, prompting, clarifying and challenging your assumptions on the way. I provide a safe place for you to do this, to explore the concerns and issues you have, without fear of being judged. I work short and long term depending on your needs. With over 20 years of coaching experience and a decade of delivering therapy working with adults and young people. I specialise in supporting you to move into new ways of being, to emerge into a life of vision and purpose living fully and authentically in every area of your life.
I understand that you have courageously taken the decision to seek therapy so let's see how we might work together. I work with individuals and couples and specifically with people experiencing anxiety and a loss of control to increase self-knowledge, make better decisions and approach life with certainty. Webchat at a reduced fee of £35, online is £65.
Therapy is a joint venture where I come alongside you to work through issues and help you to identify ways forward. I offer an initial session to assess your needs, identify issues and agree how we will work together. In the initial assessment, the contract and data protection/confidentiality protocols are also discussed.
