About
Do you feel frustrated, guilty, angry, fearful, anxious, discontent or depressed with where you are currently in your life, or are you struggling to identify where your life is going or who you are and what you want to do? Are you feeling a loss of self-confidence, confusion, worthlessness or helplessness? Do you feel like you are separated from the world and often feel lonely even though there are lots of people around you? Are you struggling with your personal or professional relationships? Would you like to achieve peace of mind, and the space to revitalise your life and to identify what stops you from achieving what you want?
I am a Clinical Psychologist with 15 years' experience helping people overcome depression, anxiety, fears, low self-esteem or confidence. I use different therapeutic methods designed to meet your personal needs whilst allowing me to gain an understanding of the world from your personal perspective. I use holistic & practical approaches to your therapy.
Together we will develop a confidential relationship in which you can feel safe, heard and understood, where you can share your problems, see them more clearly and develop better ways of overcoming with them. Confidential sessions are delivered online or on the phone (Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or Messenger)
