Even the strongest of us need help and support, and therapy is not meant to “fix” someone but to help them discover their full potential, this is my philosophy. Therapy is like a journey that the therapist and the client undertake together to explore the best options, with the client being the expert in their lives. Nobody knows better our life and what does it mean to be us than ourselves. Therapy is there to act as a guide for these explorations. And it is a privilege for the therapist to be part of this very personal journey and to share her knowledge and expertise, enabling in this way the change for a better life.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy services to promote personal growth and change when necessary, in a non-judgemental, positive and respectful environment. Having a BA and a MSc in Psychology and Psychotherapy I have decided to further my education and I am at the moment undertaking advanced clinical training in Transactional Analysis.
Transactional Analysis is considered a fundamental therapy for well-being and for helping individuals to reach their full potential in all aspects of their life. TA is a talking therapy and the sessions are designed to explore the individual's personality and how this has been shaped by life's experiences. Along with finding day-to-day solutions.
