I specialise in working with burnout and the longer-term impact of chronic over-adaptation — the tension between who you are and who you feel you must be.

When belonging has felt conditional — linked to achievement or competence — it can become difficult to rest or feel secure without performing. Over time, this often leads to anxiety, perfectionism, and chronic self-pressure.
My approach is grounded in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, a relational and depth-oriented model. Through therapy, clients develop a steadier sense of worth — no longer dependent on achievement — and a deeper experience of belonging rooted in a more stable relationship with themselves.
