Hi I’m Diana. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. Are you struggling and feel as if no one ‘gets’ it? Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed or just lost. Sometimes, life throws challenges at us when we least expect them and are least prepared for the impact they may have on our lives. I can help you to make sense of these experiences and emotions. By offering you space to explore your thoughts we can work together to help you move forward. We can find ways to overcome negative thoughts and to stop you feeling stuck.
I offer online and face to face therapy, specialising in working with those affected by pregnancy, baby and child loss. I am an Accredited Counsellor with The Foundation for Infant Loss. I also work with children and young people and help them navigate their way forward using their future hopes, effecting change and making them feel happier and stronger.
Reaching out can be difficult. I offer a safe, friendly and non-judgmental space. From my own experience I appreciate how devastating loss can be. My aim is to support you through it. I also know that being a young person today is challenging and at times confusing, I am here to help you get from where you are now to where you would like to be.
