I am an experienced Adult and Adolescent Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and I've had the privilege of helping clients who have experienced difficulties with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, self-harm, eating disturbances, BPD, relationship/sexual issues and bereavement to name a few. I also work extensively with patients suffering with chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and related illnesses. Making the decision to look for a therapist can be daunting, but it can be life changing. My practice in Brentwood offers a confidential, quiet and reflective space.
I work in private practice at The Warley Hill Practice in Brentwood, Essex. I've also worked within the NHS for several years offering time limited psychotherapy for a wide range of issues.
