I'm an integrative psychotherapist offering short and long-term counselling and psychotherapy. I specialise in areas of loss, bereavement, illness and trauma, The area of my expertise is working with trauma, including bereavement, complex trauma, loss and relationship/family issues. Integrative psychotherapy means that I can offer specific treatments or interventions in the context of what is needed and most appropriate. I have extensive training and experience to accommodate your unique individual needs using a holistic approach. I am also qualified to provide therapy using EMDR and Brainspotting.

Through my training in Body Somato Analytical Psychotherapy and Transpersonal Psychotherapy, I've grown to understand the importance of a relationship with our body -mind and spirit.
