I am a BACP senior accredited counsellor with over 20 years of experience in the NHS, education, the voluntary sector, employee assistance, private health and private practice. I have had the privilege of working with clients aged 11 to 89, covering issues such as anger management, anxiety, work stress, depression, relationship issues, insomnia, IBS, bereavement and many more.
Currently, I work with adults and specialise in anxiety, sleep issues, neurodivergence, bereavement and digestive health issues. Of course, I am also here to support you with depression, anxiety, bereavement, self esteem issues and anything else that causes you distress.
