I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist and an Accredited Member of the BACP and of EMDR Europe with 17 years experience. I have been working successfully with a great variety of issues, working in Private Practice, in the NHS, as well as with Sutton Counselling and Goldsmiths University. I have particular experience in working with Stress and Anxiety, Trauma, Relationship issues, Depression, Panic attacks, Low Self-Esteem, Anger issues, Grief, Bereavement, abuse, Cultural and Gender issues, Eating disorders, Dysmorphia, Bulimia. I am also​ fully Accredited as an EMDR practitioner and I find it particularly helpful in working with Trauma.
