As a Clinical Psychologist, trained in a variety of different therapeutic modalities, I will explore with you the reasons for your distress, and agree a programme of treatment adapted to your particular needs.
I have an integrative approach and can tailor an approach to suit you. We will work together to understand the nature of your problems and how you can enact change. My consulting room is a safe space in which to explore what is going on for you. Expect to be challenged and to be asked to do work between sessions to reinforce the progress we are making.
