I use a range of approaches to suit the client. I work well with a range of issues including, relationships, past trauma, personality disorders (BPD), people who are feeling lost, struggling to move on from the past, maybe affected by bullying, toxic relationships, addiction or addictive behaviour. I can address many issues and teach new skills; for example, navigating relationships in a healthier way, regulating emotions, communication skills, improving confidence and self worth. I am a friend of LGBTQ+; I have over 19 years experience and am still as passionate as the day I started. Thank you for checking me out.
My specialties are helping with the effects of toxic relationships, dealing with past issues,living with BPD, overcoming low self worth, understanding the self better and practicing healthy coping strategies. I have knowledge of mental health problems and am trained in a variety of approaches, this means that your therapy is tailored to you.
I am naturally warm and empathic, client's find me calming to be around. I do offer advice and guidance and I believe in challenging when change is needed.
