I provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Trauma / PTSD, Menopause, Anxieties (inc GAD, Social, Health, Panic), Depression, OCD, Phobias, Psychosis and Bipolar Disorder. I work collaboratively, empathically and in a person-centred way to support people in exploring their feelings and emotions to identify the root cause of their problems. I am a good listener, my friendly style helps people find me easy to talk to and non-judgemental so you feel heard and understood. You may be experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, or relational difficulties and wish to work through these together to understand how to manage your difficulties.
I specialise in trauma-focused therapy. My warm, friendly and empathic approach enables those nervous about therapy to relax and ease into the process, helping people feel heard and find solutions which may sometimes be a case of looking at things in a different perspective. Working towards achieving individual therapy goals for improved mental health.
Importantly you will be able to talk about your problems in a safe and non-judgemental way to feel heard and understood. By choosing the right therapist you will be able to identify better ways to cope and overcome challenges to improve your emotional wellbeing and mental health, through developing trust in the process and a strong therapeutic relationship.
