I'm a psychotherapist with a double Masters in Counselling and 1,400+ hours of practice. I work relationally. The relationship between us isn't just the container for the work. It is the work. As an Indian/UK Counsellor fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada, I understand the particular weight of South Asian family dynamics and cultural expectations,you won't need to translate your world for me.
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, and identity. Using a blend of Person-centred, Somatic, Gestalt, and CBT approaches, I tailor therapy to what you actually need. I have particular experience with South Asian clients and expats who are holding a lot across cultures.
Our first session is a conversation - unhurried, open, and led by you. I'll want to understand what brought you here and what you're hoping for. Then we can collaboratively come up with a treatment plan on how we can help you reach your goals.
