I’m a BACP Registered (MBACP) and NCPS Accredited Relationship Psychotherapist conducting therapy with individuals and couples. I offer a safe, confidential and compassionate space in which you can explore and reflect on the difficulties which may be affecting your life or your relationship. I support individuals with a full range of psychological difficulties including anxiety, depression and trauma. I also assist couples experiencing challenges such as conflict, distance, lack of connection, loss/bereavement and trauma, betrayal and infidelity, issues with emotional and physical intimacy, life transitions, separation or divorce.
In my work with couples I facilitate an honest, mutual dialogue through which you and your partner can gain a deeper understanding of yourselves and your underlying issues and patterns of relating. This active co-created process can help you to find new ways of engaging with each other, opening up possibilities for enhanced well-being and satisfaction.
I see therapy as a collaborative and creative endeavour in which I want to meet you where you are and encourage your choice, freedom and expression.
