I am an individual and couple therapist offering support for a range of difficulties. I offer an integrative approach to counselling that allows for specific treatment based on you as an individual or couple. I work with clients on issues including self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, ADHD and many more. I work with individuals with ADHD and ASD or those in relationships with neurodivergent individuals. I also offer solution-focused support, education and coaching to parents of neurodiverse children or adults to manage their symptoms.
I have supported clients on various issues including anxiety disorder, depression, stress and low self-esteem. I have also worked with clients going through the process of gaining an ADHD diagnosis and support with managing symptoms and relationships. I have experience working with couples on communication issues, infidelity and relationship satisfaction.
