I am an experienced psychotherapist with UK qualifications in Psychology and Psychotherapy and over 20 years working in the world of relationships, sexuality and wellbeing. I help individuals, couples and other relationship groups deal with struggles, development, change and loss within their relationships and personally. Most of my clients are trying to overcome problems in relationship with themselves and/or others. I use an integrated approach to psychotherapy, leaning heavily towards Relational Life Therapy which is always underpinned by current psychological research.
