I treat a broad range of mental health conditions and worked as a senior psychotherapist in the NHS for many years. I have worked extensively with sexual and domestic abuse, anxiety and borderline personality issues as well as depression and Post-traumatic Stress conditions. An initial and thorough initial assessment consultation will assess the issues you bring and indiate whether I can help you or not. If not I will refer you to a suitable professional colleage who may be more suitable. I will tell you about the therapies I offer and how these approaches may help you. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
If you find yourself behaving or feeling in ways you dont understand and find difficult to control I may be able to help you undestand whats happening and why. This may give you insight to yourself and enable you to change things.
