Counselling can help by identifying and changing ways of thinking and patterns of behaviour providing new options in how you live. It can give you the opportunity to off load concerns and experience relief from worry and difficulties. I treat everything spoken about as confidential.
I can help by going through all that is going on for you and help you to gain an understanding about it. By talking about it, that will help. In my experience getting it out is a great start. From there we will look at the what, how’s and why’s and then focus on helping you find a way forward so you can feel relief and ready to be who you want to be.
