As a qualified integrative psychotherapist, counsellor, art psychotherapist & mentor, I have trained in EMDR 1, 2 & 3. Having experience working with addiction and trauma, alongside talking therapy, I often introduce art materials to explore the unconscious. Using visualisations, metaphor & story telling, body and movement. Having experience of using art materials is not a requirement, having an open mind is. I offer a non judgemental space for us to work in collaboration.
