After many years of my own struggles and trying to navigate the emotional turmoil of my chaotic life I made the decision to start therapy. This journey allowed me to unravel the complex emotions that kept me a prisoner in my own head for many years. Therapy set me free and allowed me to explore and understand the trauma of my childhood and the damaged inner child living inside of me as an adult. I was able to let go of my past and live a more fulfilling life. As I healed I decided to become a therapist and help people just like you. My approach as an integrative psychotherapist and supervisor allows me to draw upon different modalities/theories to ensure the client receives therapy tailored to their own individual needs. I offer a safe space to understand and make sense of how things are for you now, so together we may explore a different future.
Psychodynamic therapy is to bring the unconscious mind into the consciousness which will help the person to unravel their experiences and understand their true deep-rooted feelings, in order to resolve the conflict within. I specialise in addiction, trauma and personality disorder. However, I have experience working with most mental health conditions
