I am trained in Integrative, Psychodynamic (Attachment based), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT), and Somatic Experiencing Trauma therapy (SE) and allied contemporary trauma treatment and stabilization techniques including but not limited to mindfulness. This means I can offer comprehensive help to each unique client.
