I am an established private UKCP registered psychotherapist. NHS trained and experienced in leading evidence-based treatments, Integrative Psychotherapy, and trauma treatment (Somatic Experiencing). I tailor a way of working to meet your unique needs and personality style to help you achieve genuine sustainable progress. Working from my practices in City of London, Harley Street & Mayfair, I help people with a wide range of difficulties, from complex diagnosed mental health conditions and trauma to feelings of depression and anxiety, low self esteem, and difficult relationship and workplace problems.
I am trained in Integrative, Psychodynamic (Attachment based), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT), and Somatic Experiencing Trauma therapy (SE) and allied contemporary trauma treatment and stabilization techniques including but not limited to mindfulness. This means I can offer comprehensive help to each unique client.
