It is my belief that observing each client as an individual enables us to work together through varied issues of different complexities, by recognising, identifying and setting goals through the process of by providing confidential and professional support. Feeling supported through counselling when facing uncertainty about the future, is a pathway to lasting change. As a grounded Humanistic Counsellor I have theoretical tool-chest which explores how your past may determine and affect your future.
