Hello and thank you for visiting my profile. I have considerable experience of providing support and therapy for many different issues to a diverse range of people. Accessing help and support can feel daunting, but well done in taking the first step. Working as an humanistic/integrative counsellor, I provide a safe professional space for us to work together to address your issues, needs and goals.
I provide a safe, trusting and profession relationship for you to explore, understand, identify choices and thereby enabling change. My practice includes working with bereavement, loss, relationship and employment issues, confidence building, self esteem, stress and anxiety management, health issues, particularly cancer and women's health issues.
I value the individuality of each client and as such I tailor therapy to suit the needs and requirements for each client to attain their goals. My practice is based on the person-centred approach, working alongside clients in a respectful, empowering, non-judgemental way, to deepen understanding and empowering change.
