I can offer you a calm, empathic, confidential space to voice and understand your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
I have experience working with clients who experience difficulties due to anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, shame, low self-esteem and identity issues.
I have specific training and experience working with trauma, rape and sexual, emotional and physical abuse.
I have also been trained to work with adult adoptees, birth parents and adoptive parents.
I am EFIT trained to work with couples and individuals. This can help make sense of inner experiences for both yourself and your partner.
