I have over 10 years experience of counselling adults and young adults, (18-25) on a wide range of issues, working flexibly in ways to suit you, as an Individual, by adapting different therapeutic approaches, Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
