Making the decision to begin therapy can be daunting, but it can also be the most precious gift you can give yourself. It takes courage to ask for help and to begin to believe that you can place trust in someone. In the work we will do together you will be fully supported to explore your inner world at your own pace, i will come alongside you with empathy , compassion and without judgement.
I believe that past traumas can manifest in the present and result in you feeling overwhelmed or having difficulties with relationships , I aim to help you process these events to give you insight and meaning.
I have a particular interest in childhood trauma and have completed additional training around this.
As an integrative therapist i will work collaboratively with you to find the most appropriate therapeutic fit, to form a relationship that fosters trust , honesty and openness.
